Uga Samweli Okpara (born August 28, 1982) is a Nigerian football player currently with East Bengal Club.
Okpara began his career with Enyimba International F.C. and captained the team to victories in the 2002 and 2003 African Champions Leagues. On 15 October 2009, he left Enyimba International F.C. and joined Indian I-League team East Bengal Club.[1]
For two years, Okpara was the Vice Captain of the Nigeria national beach soccer team and represented the team at FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2005 and 2007.[2]
